Ironman celebration: 

Location: Luton Lane Wine Bar
Time: May 2ND 6:30 PM
Details: Casual drink to celebrate those who have trained their socks off and wish them all the best in their upcoming races

 

Swimming

We have welcomed back Macka as coach for swim squad along with some familiar faces. Squad will continue as usual throughout winter.
Taking this opportunity to thank Rach again for all her had work and wish her all the best in her new role.

Strength

Strength has returned for a strictly limited season. Live Friday mornings on the oval next to HALC at 6:30 AM or dial in via Zoom. Best way to get the gains in the offseason and another excuse for a pre coffee workout.

 

Cycling

Every Thursday morning at Hawthorn Velo with Mitch for a coached session as well as weekend rides posted to the group.

 

Running

JB and Deeks sessions are running each week.
Racing continues for OPSAC full calendar HERE. The perfect way to keep fit and improve those running legs in the off season.
